Remember to keep your shoulders forward, knee over the ball, and your ankle locked. Start off slow and in control. Increase your speed, but stay in control. Practice in sets of 30 touches. Increase to 40, then 50. STAY FOCUSED!!! Your technique should be just as perfect on the last touch of the set as it was for the first touch.
